Directions: Remove and discard the included oxygen absorber before preparing food. Add 2 cups (480 ml) of boiling water. Stir well, seal the pouch, and wait 6 minutes. Stir again, reseal, and wait 7 more minutes. Enjoy!
Rehydration time doubles for every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set at 5,000 feet. The expiration date on the package is 10 years from the date of manufacture.
