PREPARATION & STORAGE:

Remove and discard the included oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 2 cups (480 ml) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal the pouch, wait 8 minutes. Stir again, reseal, wait another 7 minutes. Enjoy!

Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set at 5,000 feet. The expiration date shown on the packaging is 10 years from the date of manufacture.
