PREPARATION & STORAGE:

Remove and discard the included oxygen absorber prior to beginning food preparation. Add 1 3/4 cups (420ml) of boiling water. Stir well. Close and let stand for 8 minutes. Stir again, reseal and wait another 7 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Rehydration time doubles for every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet. The Best By date on the package is 10 years from the date of manufacture.
