The Surplusrimouski.ca online store becomes Outdoorsarmy.ca
Recent years have shown that what we offer is generating increasing interest and warranting further investments of time and money. Since the beginning, we have adapted our inventory based on our clients' suggestions, but also by conducting certain market tests, some of which are more conclusive than others.
Considering the positive feedback we receive from our customers and the ever-increasing sales, we believe that now is the time to share our passion across Canada, in both English and French. There will certainly be management and logistical challenges until we become more and more comfortable managing this new reality that we are choosing, but we are confident.
One of the biggest challenges is that we absolutely want to maintain the closeness and special relationships we build with our customers who come into the store, but also with those who are just a little too far away to travel and who already place orders online. Some do this on a regular basis, which makes us smile with gratitude every time.
After consulting with a few clients and marketing specialists, we decided to add an additional name to our business identity to help us reach out to our out-of-territory customers, the vast majority of whom use English as their primary language. With this in mind, we decided to use the name Outdoorsarmy.ca for our digital presence. Our website surplusrimouski.ca will be redirected to this new domain name, whose logo, inspired by the Surplus Rimouski logo, is presented.
We would greatly appreciate anyone who wishes to help us in this major step that we would like to share with you by continuing to give you local access to products, some of which are exclusive to the regions, and also to offer you, to the best of our ability, exceptional service that meets your expectations. Local customers who can come directly to the store understand how motivated we are in what we do and it will continue to be so as long as we enjoy doing it. Beyond financial success, your positive feedback and the connections we create with many of you greatly help us maintain the energy needed to accomplish all these numerous tasks.
